Praying Two by Two

Want to save the world?

You can–you and one friend! Prayer can change a nation…..and the world!

And He called them … Two By Two

The first time God saved the world, He did it by twos…Noah and his wife, their sons and their wives…and the animals:

Genesis 7:15

So they went into the ark to Noah, by twos of all flesh in which was the breath of life.

When Jesus sent out His disciples to spread the Good News of the Gospel, He sent them out by twos:

Luke 10:1

Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them in pairs ahead of Him to every city and place where He Himself was going to come.

When Jesus taught His disciples to ask for things in prayer, He taught them to pray in twos:

Matthew 18:19

Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.

With a promise:

Matthew 18:20

For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.

God’s Word promises strength, not in multitudes, but in twos:

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.

The Purpose of Praying Two by Two:

For every church in the United States to have two people committed to praying together weekly for the spiritual condition of our nation.

The Power of Praying Two by Two:

If every church in the United States had two to three people committed to praying together for our country, we would have a nation-wide matrix, undergirding our country.

The Vision of Praying Two by Two:

Snowflake Prayer! Snowflakes in mass have the power of an avalanche. And prayer can move mountains!

The Method of Praying Two by Two:

This is designed to be easy! It is not about politics or issues. It is simply asking God for His best for our country, our leaders, our people, our policies. It is about asking God to restore righteousness to our land.

The Church is the Body of Christ, and as local churches, we are many members of His Body. This website is designed to provide a unifying source to guide weekly prayer at a grassroots level.
